Overview of Services Offered

This document outlines the individual services we offer at B2B Solutions. All prices shown are without VAT (19% in Slovakia).

Website Design and Development

Price: Per agreement

Website design and development covers the building of a website from the concept phase all the way up to launch.

The price for this service is completely dependent on the complexity of the client's requirements, the size of the site and how much time will be involved in its development.

We aim to offer our clients the highest level of service possible and deliver them a quality product, and for this reason we design our websites to be search-engine friendly and optimised for targeted marketing.

Website Design and Development involves a number of steps:

1.    Concept

In the Concept phase, we meet with the client to find out what they want the site to achieve, who their target audience is, and how their site can help build and reflect their corporate image. We will advise them on how to best employ their online presence to meet these goals and ensure that their website is built and targeted to be as effective as possible.

2.    Planning

In the Planning phase, we review the client's requirements and decide what technologies will be used and how the site will be built. We also calculate how much development time will be needed, prepare a price quote, and create visual mock-ups to show how the different sections of the site will look once it has been launched.

3.    Approval

In the Approval phase, we present the client with a completed development package proposal that outlines the work that will be done, the project's deadline and a price quote for the services requested. Depending on the size of the project and the client's wishes, it is also possible at this point to put in place milestones that will mark the completion of set phases of the site's development. Once we receive a signed approval from the client, we begin work on the project.

4.    Site Development

During the Site Development phase, we build the site according to the development package proposal. We also notify the client when agreed milestones are reached to help them better track the project's progress.

5.    Final Review

Once the site development is completed, we will give the client access to the site for a final review before launch. Once it has been confirmed that all the requirements that were agreed upon have been met, the site can be launched.

6.    Launch

Hosting

Price: €130.00 / year

We offer to host our clients' sites at a rate of €130.00/year. Hosting includes unlimited storage space, bandwidth, email addresses and FTP accounts, and the cPanel website management package.

Domain Registration

Price: €10.00 - €25.00 / year

Prices for domain names depend on their extension (Top Level Domain) and can vary.

.sk – starting from €25.00/year

.com, .net, .eu - starting from €10.00/year

Handling and administration from €10.00/per name/per year.

Site Management

Price: €30.00 / month

The internet is not a safe place, and, every day, online criminals develop new ways to attack websites and steal users' private data. For this reason, it is essential to be sure that the software that runs your website is kept patched and up-to-date.

Our Site Management service seeks to protect your online investment by backing up your website on a weekly basis, monitoring the server for attempted break-ins, and making sure that steps are taken to protect against them by keeping your website's software updated to the latest version.

Price: €70.00 - €130.00 / month

We offer two Webmastering service packages, which cover additions and updates to website copy and content. For changes to the site's layout or graphical and page design, please see Site Updates below.

1.    Basic Webmastering

Price: €70.00 / month

This service package is for clients who do not have a lot of regular and urgent updates.

Basic Webmastering offers you five hours of service. Requests are completed within 24-72 working hours. Additional hours will be charged at an hourly rate of €15.00 / hour and will be completed within a time-frame specified by B2B Solutions.

2.    Dedicated Webmastering

Price: €130.00 / month

The Dedicated package is tailored for clients with a high volume of time-sensitive updates that are critical to their businesses' success.  For these clients, we offer a quick turnaround time for a high volume of work to ensure that the success of your business does not falter.

Dedicated Webmastering offers you 10 hours of service. Requests are completed within 24-48 working hours. Additional hours will be charged at an hourly rate of €15.00 / hour and will be completed within a time-frame specified by B2B Solutions.

Both Webmastering packages offer you:

·      Updates to written copy

·      Image additions or updates

·      Link checking and repair

·      Creation of new pages that fit within the existing structure of the site

·      N.B: The generation of animated graphic files plus links to be charged separately.

Site Updates

Price: Per agreement

Our Site Updates service is available to you when you need it on a case-by-case basis. This service concerns any changes to the website that are not covered by the Webmastering service packages. These would include changes to the site's structure and layout, graphical design, and page layouts. Online forms and additional functionality would also be considered a site update.

If you require site updates, explain to us what your needs are and we will prepare a price quote and inform you of the time that would be needed to complete the task.

Graphic Design for Printed Items

Price: Per agreement

We can also offer a full graphic design service for all of our clients ranging from company brochures, reports, business cards and many other things.

If you have a request in this area, we can meet and discuss the options.  Prices for this service can vary depending on the individual requirements.
